One the my favourite libraries to sit and work. The staff here is very helpful. Always come here to pickup and return my borrowed books. Also, you can take print outs here for free as of now. Usually there is a charge for printing.

I have been going to this library for about 5 years. I don’t go there often, maybe 3 times a year when my printer isn’t working, or when I’ve run out ink. Anyhow, I just came out of there and I did not appreciate the customer service I received. So, today my printer wasn’t working, so I went there to print the label to return the famous blue and white Amazon pkg. I went to the front desk with my and asked girl at the front desk and said “Hi, do you have a pair of scissors I could borrow to cut out this label? She then looked at the label and the Amazon blue and white bubble envelope, and gave me the fakest sad face behind her face mask and glasses and said “No, I don’t.” I left. Did she really think that I would believe that an institution such as the library doesn’t have a pair of scissors? This stingy location (believe me, they are SO stingy with their supplies) was better off saying “Yes, but we don’t allow anyone to use it unfortunately,” or “Yes, but could you stay here and use it because our supplies tend to go missing,” But to lie? So today, girl with the mask, dark hair and glasses, the library gets a 1 star because you thought it was cute to lie and you thought I was senseless enough to believe that.

I’m so happy that I went to this library to get my library card. The customer service was amazing. The kind lady was super helpful and helped me with everything and even told me about some cool features that I did not know about. I would recommend this place

The library is good also the staff is friendly except the black lady (writing here to identify this lady not being racist here as even I am a woman of colour)
She is working at a public library and does not know how to speak with people using library facilities
This incident happened on 21st june around 5.30 pm
She came to me talking rudely about using the computer for printer
Where even I was waiting as there was 1 more lady before me
Ans she want to please the people after me
She behaved as if I was the one causing delay for using the system for printer..
In actual I just started using the system a minute ago..
I understand you are a public librarian but the way u speak shows where you are coming from.. kindly improvise your speaking skills for being more kind and respectful towards fellow residents of Canada

I went there to use the free Wi-Fi, which has a very strong signal. Its nice inside and staff were friendly. I will go back one day!!!

Great place to be. It's small as expected, when compared to the Toronto Public Library in downtown. It's peaceful, and you can find some decent books. You can also find some food passes even during the weekdays, as the people coming in there are less. The staff is very helpful, let it be for taking copies or asking some other general doubts. Definitely recommend x

I wish it could be quiet as libraries are supposed to be. Rather than the two ladies at the front communicating loudly all the time while i tried to focus on my studies.
