Homeless people have just as much right to use the library as anyone. I find it disturbing that people have little compassion for those who are struggling it's very selfish and self-centered. The kids who come here to play on the computers have zero respect for anyone and are VERY LOUD. Staff seem to be oblivious to the noise. At least the homeless people are quiet and keep to themselves.

I love the liveliness of this branch. The children are wonderful and full of life and learning. The staff are humans who have good and bad days like the rest of us but they still keep the library going and make sure we get what we need. I doubt they get paid enough for all that they do. I love the seniors hanging out, everyone who gets to use free wifi, computers, and art/museum passes are among the many wonderful things about this place.

I used this library for free wifi while i was in Toronto for a vacation. Near to our place. Library staffs are nice. They have printing services for a small amount of fee.

It's alright but the wifi kinda sucks and the desks are organized very inefficiently but its still better than whatever is happening outside.

Worst library!!! I went there to study for my important exam thinking it’s a library it’s would a quiet place to study, I couldn’t. I just wasted my time , the staff are super loud. They have no idea how to talk inside of the library, they talk to each other super loud, make so much noise doing stuff. No discipline followed in this library at all.

This library is good as it has good books and good space, however I would have given better rating if it was quieter. Its a library but its so loud jn there. The employees should make sure kids remain in the kids area and tell the people just sitting and chit chatting to kindly go outside. It’s a library after all. I was there for 2 hours but I saw no one object or say anything.
