Beware. This is a fraudulent website. They will take your money and give you nothing in return. As others, I made the mistake of thinking this was the real LA casting website. They are not. After I created an account, I was not able to access it even once because it kept saying I had wrong user ID or password. I tried to contact them and left a message on their phone and did not get a call back. I also noticed I did not receive any emails from them or a confirmation letter from them. I called my bank and filed a dispute that I was not able to use their service and wanted a refund. They sent my bank a phony copy of an email they said they sent to me which I did not receive. They did not attempt to reach out to me in any way to try to resolve the issue. They finally sent me an email saying my account was suspended due to the dispute I made with my bank, but they kept my money. If they were a legitimate largest company in LA, they would care more about their reputation than the $99.75 I gave them and return it. So they are not providing a service and keeping my money too. They are complete scammers.

Horrible service. New casting so rare that you will not use it. Appears you can not cancel it by yourself. I removed my payment from profile, which looked to me as I cancelled it but they kept sending me invoices, once I contacted them about it, they said I need to pay all passed due invoices to cancel my subscription, which apparently I did not cancel from profile. The website is horrible, you can not reset password, you can not cancel subscription, the user experience is like from nineties. Looks like theirs business model is make you subscribe, provide no service and make it as hard as possible to cancel you subscription.

LA Casting has been a blessing for me. I was booked for cool gigs and made some great credits for my resume. Mike is the best. He makes sure the talent is taken care of. One say I’ll hire them to cast my movies!

This entire office is phenomenal...BUT recently 1 person (Sabrina) has gone and taken the bar of professionalism and patience to a new level! I've been w LA Casting since they began their online service and yearly I deal w them for my commercial needs but now that LA Casting is transitioning into theatrical this past week...this office has been inundated with calls from every actor, agency and manager for new accounts. When I called to make my new theatrical additions...I waited on hold for an hour and half and then was connected to Sabrina. She was so calm, so understanding, apologetic for my long wait, stayed on the phone the entire time until both of my new accounts were fully completed. And the entire time it sounded like she had a smile on her face throughout the entire conversation. Job well done, Sabrina...more like...LIFE well done!!

THIS IS NOT THE LEGIT LA CASTING. That is Casting Networks.....paid for annual membership. Tried to sign in, told me my password was invalid. Tried to call and went straight to voicemail. Emailed and waiting for a response. How the hell is this even legal?! Casting Networks should sue you. Refund my purchase ASAP or I'll be contacting my attorney

This is a scam! You should never have to pay a talent agent to get work. Please young or new actors read books like a self management for actors to find out info before coming to LA . There are lots of people who want to scam you. You never pay talent agents they get paid a percentage when you work. If you want the legit submission place use casting networks or LA casting not these scam artist!
