Really nice staff that cares. They put on great activities for the littles. Pre-contact pottery for kids was a blast today. The archeologist that put on the hands on activity was engaging, educational and enthusiastic. Listening our daughter share with her Daddy at dinner all she learned really showd when they get to get their little hands busy, the mind absorbs too.
Thank you too all that made today awesome.

I told Claudia that my client has a disability and she needed extra help. When my client asked for the extra help she said "I don't have to give you an individual class" this is totally unprofessional and we will never ever be coming back to this library. Absolutely uncalled for. Her supervisor definitely needs to have a talk with her.

Very friendly staff. Computers, printers, and scanners for public use at cheap prices. Lots of books, DVDs, and magazines. Quiet place to study or use computers. 5/5

An awesome place to go whether you want to use a computer, the Internet, scanners, or printers..... there is an endless array of books, videos, music, etc. that can be checked out or downloaded, as well as, community classes, groups, health fairs to take part in regularly. We are blessed to have two branches in Holiday.

Very off putting front desk ladies who, right when you walk in the door, give you dirty looks like they don’t even want you there. Made me never want to go back like it was an inconvenience for them that we were there or they just really hate their jobs.

However, the women running the stem project and I know she does story time classes too, she was wonderful and would be the only reason we would ever go back.

Unfortunately the size of the library is small, so if you want to take out books you might not find what you're looking for. I love to look and see what's for sale. It's a nice experience. They even have a puzzle for anyone that wants to sit down and add some pieces. Very relaxing. The people that work there are also very nice and will answer any questions that you may have. I enjoy going.

Very quiet, clean and WELL LIT. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Not much foot traffic but that is understandable given how tiny this branch is. Technology is modern & staff is available for questions. Signage outside is bright & welcoming. Nice little neighborhood sanctuary. We need more.

Twenty Øne Marks and Jacks

Came here 5 mins before closing and the doors were locked and lights were off. I’m visually impaired and I walked all this way to take 5 mins to get my PCPT reduced fare card in the hot sun for them to be gone before closing.
