I'm not one to talk back (to anybody) but at least I feel I have the right to do this. Must have been a bad day. I cant remember the last time or ever, having such rude workers like I did today. I guess you can't go in asking a few simple questions about tires to grow your knowledge about bikes to a certain someone with glasses and a certain female. First 30 seconds of coming in and asking I was immediately answered with "we don't go by that" x3. to then be talked over with a big tone of voice (by both workers) when I wanted to give them more information so I can help them help me. The fact that this certain someone went to get one tire and bring it back to not even ask how many I even needed(2)kind of proves my point. The only reason this certain female brought me A tire was because I finally told her a useful bit of information (that I had to cut her off to tell her, when they never bothered to ask me questions). At the end, I left without a single bit of tire knowledge after asking 3+ questions.
All this being said this is my second time ever being there because the first time, had a different gentlemen that helped me out the best way possible. Just sad I definitely wont ever be going back even though I wish id be able to turn this place into my new favorite bike shop. Long first ever review for probably only one person ever to read this probably never.
by the way I still ordered and bought from them at the end without any arguing.

Great selection! If it’s not found at this location, there are other locations in Yuma. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you find your perfect bicycle and bicycle parts.

Sales associate was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. No high pressure sales here, we were looking for an E-bike and found the Trek E-bike that we had reviewed online in the store. We have been to this bike shop before and were very happy to return, they are professional and helpful with all aspects of purchase and welcomed any questions.

Visited this establishment 2 times in the recent past. First time, the man working behind the counter didn't even acknowledge our presence in the store. We were there to buy an electric bike but had no one offer any kind of assistance so we left. Second visit, the younger associate was very helpful and we ordered an e bike and some additional products. My husband went to pick up the bike rack we purchased when it came in and no one offered to assist him with loading the heavy and cumbersome box. This store could very well improve their customer service from start to finish.

Fact is I cant remember the name of the young gentleman who originally helped me. But, as we were leaving I asked if we could leave our name and number just in case a good used bike became available. He called us in probably less than an hour. Ive left my contact info many times in the past. But, this was the first and only time someone actually responded. Today I picked up a beautiful SPECIALIZED MOUNTAIN BIKE. I CANT WAIT TILL WINTER AND I CAN RIDE IT. Thanks to you again for truly prompt service. Jennifer LeRoy

I’ve been to this shop twice. The first time was for a inner tube and to just browse. The older guy there wasn’t very helpful or welcoming.

Second time around was to see if they could help me pick out and install, a bottom bracket, crank, cassette and headset for 80/90’s MTB. Immediately was met some resistance from Javier, he told me newer parts wouldn’t fit but that I could leave the frame and he would check. He called the next day saying there aren’t modern parts that will fit my set up.

I picked up my frame and found all the parts I needed within 30 minutes online and I installed them myself.

If you are in Yuma I recommend you start working on your bikes yourself.
