It is an excellent library, with the ability to meet quietly without distraction. The staff was amicable and willing to assist.

worst staff ever. rude, disrespectful, unhelpful. they seem miserable and should probably find other jobs that don't involve dealing with the community and especially not kids.

Pretty disappointed. I went last Saturday with my small family of three (with a two year old son) and the employees were very rude. I felt very uncomfortable there. The moment we walked in, the male librarian gave off an extremely pretentious vibe. Not going to that library again.the book selection was decent for being a smaller library. But overall, no thank you.

Small little library, but absolutely wonderful staff. The selection is a little thin because of the size of the library, but what they do have available is great. Currently limited to an hour inside browsing or using the computer due to COVID. If there's a book you want but it isn't there, you can always order it from the DCLS website and have it held wherever you would like it, as all of the Dauphin County Library System libraries are interconnected.

Staff is great here. Parking is easy. Wish the children section had a bit more life to it-kinda dull compared to other local libraries.

Could not have been more disappointed. I am a local graduate student unable to reserve the only "study room" available without notice eventhough it was not reserved. I could not get a library card without a copy of my lease. Absurd! How many students carry something with their school address on it. Apparently one's backpack, school ID, laptop, driver's license and word are not enough. So very, very sad!!!

I really want to thank the young man that helped me a lot with my resume and cover letter. He has been a big help to me. I would have never been able to it by myself. Thanks so much for your help and time!?
