Government censorship is never okay and Director Amber Milum and anyone associated with book bans needs to go.
People like who ban books have never ended up on the right side of history. Regardless of your social or political opinions, everyone should be wary when libraries start banning books. The citizens of Llano County should be outraged.

My parents live in Llano and this library is amazing, especially serving such a small community.
Tons of movies and books to check out and a really nice children's section, that has a storytelling area with a mini amphitheater kind of vibe, so to speak. Tons of toys, stuffed animals and kid play stations.
The employee's are very friendly and helpful and my 20 month old son was digging the vibes of the place like we we're at the toy section at Target.
If your a local or even passing through, check the place out.
Especially, if you have kids and need a break from traveling, this is a free and wonderful place to stretch your legs on a road trip.

The library is a great place to use computers , work on projects an volunteer for the youth of Llano. Meeting rooms and work areas makes it a super place to hold arts and crafts and book signings.

Love our llano library. They have some of the friendliest people and they have a great children’s program and area for the kids to play and learn. We love renting movies and they have no problem getting one for us we want from another library.

Always nice and super helpful. Didn't get 5 stars because sometimes their machines are not working (printer, fax, etc.). And because the hours are not always consistent. But it's nice, clean, huge selection and have available staff to help out.

Llano County Library is a wonderful place to browse and discover many delightful new and forgotten things. It has made this covid-19 quarantine bearable.
