Except for the mosquitos a perfect place. Beautiful and authentic, and for the rest simply relaxed and no nonsense hospitality. The garden and the small pool are as picturesque as you'd hope for.
Kids loved it, including the dogs and cat.

Это, пожалуй, самое спокойное и умиротворённое место во всем регионе.
Во-первых, самые дружелюбные хозяева. При заселении вас ожидает бутылочка местного домашнего вина и банка варенья).
В доме есть все необходимое. Даже фумигатор от комаров (которых предостачно по вечерам).
Главное - не торопитесь. Пройдитесь пешком до Carmignano... Вы увидите самые красивые пейзажи Тосканы!
Не редко в соседних виллах проводят дегустацию местных вин.
Обязательно подружитесь с двумя самыми замечательный собаками! Они обожают, когда им чешут животы!

Our stay at La Sassaia was simply exceptional and beyond belief. I cannot express enough how incredible it was. The hosts, without a doubt, are the friendliest people on this earth. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even we were invited to their family party, despite being from another country and were are not speaking Italian. It was a heartwarming experience that we will cherish forever.

Our apartment was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything one could imagine. From the local wine and jam as a welcoming gift to the selection of table games, every detail was carefully considered. The hosts' generosity and attention to detail were evident throughout our entire stay.

The well-kept garden provided a serene oasis with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. We spent countless hours enjoying the tranquility and beauty that surrounded us. The pool was a refreshing retreat, and we particularly adored the company of the two friendly dogs who always eagerly awaited our arrival for a good petting session. I already miss them dearly.

I wholeheartedly recommend La Sassaia to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. The hosts' warm hospitality and the magical atmosphere they created truly captured the essence of Italy. We are immensely grateful for the incredible memories they provided us and for showing us the true essence of this beautiful country. We will most certainly be returning in the future, as our hearts long to relive this extraordinary experience once again.

Our stay at La Sassaia was incredible. Our apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything what you need. The garden was unbelievable well-kept and the pool was clean. We really enjoyed the view from the garden. Stay in La Sassaia is really ideal for visit Florence but also the other I would say "famous" cities are available in an hour drive like Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Viareggio etc. The hosts' was super friendly, helpful and kind and we really enjoyed their two friendly dogs company.

Good place if you want to enjoy the Tuscan country life. The apartment has all amneties. SC, washing machine and a full kitchen. We used the place to explore Florence, lucca and San Gimignano. Elena was super helpful too. Very much recommended.
