Staff have no idea what customer service means. Anytime we go here, they treat us like we're an inconvenience to them. They especially treat my wife with disdain. We'll get our books elsewhere. Also, covid is over. Take out the mask you we can understand your mumbling.

I am writing to say how glad I am to live in the Back Mountain community and have such a wonderful library close by. My family and I enjoy the library first of all for all the terriffic books we are able to take out. Also, their children's programs are the best we have encountered over the years of participating in these. Having access to other amenities as the computers, DVDs, books on CD are all pluses for us. And the staff at the library are friendly and willing to help us every time we approach them with any question that arises.
If you have not stopped by the library yet, do so. You will not be disappointed and remember, it is all FREE! Lucky us.

My son & myself enjoy going to the Back Mountain Library. We have for many years. The Childrens Library is very clean & child friendly. Mrs. Bowman is always kind & helpful 🙂 It's up to parents to watch their children, not the staff. A library needs to be treated w/ quietness & respect.They have a wonderful Summer Reading Program for children too. Last week a lady named Krista was helpful with us. We needed assistance w/ printing my son's book report. I'm very thankful we have a wonderful library in our area. With so much technology in the world, I feel blessed to enjoy some calm, quiet, quality time w/ my son at the library.

It's a nice library. Has everything you need. The ladies usually are helpful some a bit snippy but most ok. Plus I love their auction every summer. I would have given it a 5 but remember getting a getter from them 35 years ago when in elementary school threatening me of a non returned book, a fee bigger than the book itself

My AP Lang class and I went to the library to buy some books for our class. They were very welcoming and gave us a tour of the library before we went to the book store. The book store has so many great finds! As an avid reader, I love that they have such a wide variety of good quality books.

The Back Mountain Library, along with its accompanying bookstore, was very helpful in aiding my efforts to find everything I was searching for. The staff was very generous and efficient. Also, going to the bookstore was a wonderful experience, so many selections and low prices! I recommend anyone looking for a good read that can be attained quickly should go to the Back Mountain Bookstore!

Some of the worst staff people, I've ever met in my life. They think they are superior and create problems if they can. Petty and picky staff. Open all thru Covid. If you're not a Silver Member than forget about it..but no one tells you how to become one!! A huge secret. Only then can you rent a select set of videos. I bought a ton of tickets for the Chinese auction and all who won were staff and some patrons won a few times. Hhhmmm .. interesting. Keep your distance, if you don't want to have your day ruined.!!!
