I spoke to a woman on the phone today and she was very sweet and patient in helping me figure out my library card's renewal process. She saved me a trip and did it easily in less than 5 mins. I'm now back on the Libby app and can go on about my day. On other occasions, I had to visit to print some documents when my printer was down and the staff was always super kind and helpful. Clean and quiet library.

Library inside was clean outside not well kept.Building needs to be power washed it should have been painted white maybe a dark gray.Trash overflowing in the dumpster.

The incredibly helpful librarians in this branch are top notch, particularly Carmine in the children’s section! They operated a curbside service during the height of the pandemic that was essential for our family. The programming (story time, STEM club, LEGO club, etc.) is a great resource for families in the community. As an added bonus, the Friends of NOPL operates a most excellent used book sale at this branch every Saturday 10-2 where you can find great deals for beefing up your own home library.

Awesome public library with a children's section and self-checkouts. Numerous computers for use, printing, and faxing service. Friendly and helpful staff. I always enjoy visiting this library!

The Algiers Regional Library is a great place to do basic research and find books to read. The staff are helpful and courteous. Although quite a few resources are available from my home computer using my NOPL account some are only available in the library. When I visit the branch there is always at least one public computer available.
