This library has added so much to the community ever since it opened. I love coming here to chill, find good books, and relax or work. It's always quiet and clean, and every single staff member has been very kind to me. I was raised in Atlanta and can sincerely say that it's one of the best libraries in our city. Shoutout to the librarians who keep it running!!

At 4pm a staff member helped me open an account they assisted well as expected.

Around 7:30pm grumpy staff member (brown skinned woman with a country accent) threw me out of the study room which i didn't know close so early. She was watching me pack my things. I felt watched and profiled by her. After getting my things she did not want to assist me with checking out a book even though i explained it's my first time here. She stared at me and told me to use the self checkout. She then breathed in heavily then assisted me. I didn't appreciate her eyes following me as i walked away from the counter.
I won't be returning to this location.

Great day listening to and learning about jazz, its origin and history of artists and their contributions from the great John Robertson trio featuring Rosemary Robertson and John Robertson IV. Will follow this group. They perform at multiple Fulton County libraries each month. Look them up and join us at these free jazz events.

The lady at the front desk is completely rude towards children and their parent. I saw first hand her sparky remarks. She needs to work in an area where she's not dealing with people.

Just visited to early vote and it was cool. One of the poll workers had much attitude but she ended up leaving. The process was super quick and everyone (else) there was very nice. The lady that left? She was still in the parking lot, loud-talking and cussing on her phone. She was obviously having a bad day and didn't mind making other people miserable as well. Hope she's having a better day today.

The curbside pickup process for holds is so easy! The staff is pleasant and friendly. Yesterday they even took the time to verify my info to renew my library card. Always a great experience.
