For the amount of empty land and office space in North Las Vegas the size of this library is laughable. It's in the City Hall building on the first floor and is comprised of two separate rooms divided by the entrance. On one side is pretty much the kids area and the other is the computer lab.

Either entrance has metal detectors requiring you to empty out your pockets as if you're getting on a plane. The entrance across from Smiths leads direct to the library.

As usual with libraries in Las Vegas, there's a lack of outlets for charging or doing work on a laptop. This location also doesn't have study rooms. I was sitting at the square table near the entrance and she informed me the table I was at will be needed for Tutors and suggested I move all my stuff to another empty table. They need to put signage on tables if this is the case. The tutor could easily use one of the other available tables. It's not exactly a bustling library.

First time being there... I give. 3 because it wasn't what I was expecting... Clark County libraries have so many options... This library is strictly geared toward children and that's great. Just too small of a space for myself and active toddlers. Also no eating inside.

Love the staff and services! I haven't gone to a library in a long time but this visit made me want to return again. So many resources available which allowed me to checkout a tablet for my kids and a laptop for myself. Highly recommend this library for yourself and family!

April 2nd at 6:50 went into the library and the two Hispanic ladies were just standing around talking I asked them for their assistance with The copier (they both tired to help) they didn't know how to use the copier use up all of my coins and still didn't get the copies that I needed I asked him to speak to their manager and I will be in tomorrow for my refund

Quiet, calm place. You can get work done. Free WiFi, water fountain, use of the computers and copy machines. Come by. Buy a book or DVD for a dollar!

Great library! It's usually busy, but the openness & second floor helps disperse the action. The sitting tables tend to fill up fast, but there is almost always a private room available. All of the employees that I've encountered are extremely friendly & helpful. They have a wide selection & a fast self checkout. Thanks North Las Vegas Library for being so awesome!

The guy that sits at the desk, is a complete waste of space. Just sits at desk, offers the least bit amount of help! Looks likes he hates his job!!!
Asked for help, went out of his way to do the VERY LEAST!

Everyone was warm and welcoming from front desk security to the librarian! I was able to set up my library card in a snap and use computer for free plus printing was only a dime per page they definitely have me from now on because THE UPS STORE been really getting me?. I will be back with me girls for the used books only a buck.
