A library that has it all for the community.
They have so much to offer with all the programs and events. Beautiful and organized library. They have enough parking. A cafe and many different rooms from a book store to thinking rooms and a kid story room. They have computers and teen room to do all type of activities. Books, movies and even games you can checkout! Support your local library and get a card! The location is okay but let’s not judge a book by its cover 🙂 Enjoy!

Amazing library and staff, just a kind and friendly reminder that a little bit of deodorants could help out w the bum stench, just a mere observation.

Overall great staff and many resources available at this library as well, there can be above average noise, considering it IS a library.

Went to introduce my granddaughter to the awesomeness of the library. I was stopped dead in my tracks with first the smell, then the man in a seat arguing with someone that wasn't there. Oh and let me say how flattering it is to get cat called as I tried to hurry past to the childrens section. Did I mention there is absolutely no where to sit with out getting that wonderful aroma of urine, body odor and sweaty dirty clothes(burns your eyes and nose.)
I hadn't visited this library in a couple of months and I rather doubt I'll be coming back. Lets just say it was NOT a good first experience for my granddaughter. We went back to Sunrise Library. Man..... Sooooo disappointing. It was really a nice new library, now it's a very nice homeless shelter. You should put in a soup kitchen and just call it what it is. Staff was great. I feel bad for them. They have to smell and deal with this all day long.

My daughter and I use to love coming here. The homeless population at this library has gotten insane in the last few months. You’re bombard by 20+ homeless just walking to the front door, asking for money and food. Tons of homeless people sleeping everywhere so you have no where to sit not that you’d want to at this point. They encourage the homeless and do absolutely nothing if they’re bothering and harassing you. The last thing I want is to be constantly asked for money and food when I’m with my 2 year old. The library just opened and it’s disgusting outside with all the trash and food on the ground. This is becoming a homeless shelter.

Extremely disappointed. This is a decent library; however, they allow food inside the building, which causes FLIES!!! IT'S DISGUSTING! Also, a LOT of homeless hang out here, which again, makes the facility dirty and trashy. Very limited selection of books. But the computer area is nice. PLEASE GET RID OF THE FOOD/CAFE!

I tried to reserve a private room for a job interview but the entire day was booked by homeless people and all the seating in the library was already taken by homeless people. literally there was no kids there and I was asked to get up and leave because the seating that was available was reserved for kids. Again there were no kids in sight or in the library I know because I walked around looking for a place to sit down.

The homeless just took over and I understand weather is 120 but this library has resources that the public should be able to use without having to just be told sorry it’s all booked up and just watch it’s booked up by homeless people sleeping. I thought the library was there for support to people who are actually looking to better their situation and looking for resources. They should build a shelter for the homeless and let us use the library for the hat it was intended my kids can’t even use the restrooom without me feeling unsafe the smell is just crazy it’s such a beautiful building too bad they but such cool resources like a podcast room and an entire area for creators inside of a homeless shelter that literally people are too scared to go to or if you dare to go you can’t use any of it because of the homeless problem

Updated: I'm really trying to give this library a chance but they are just so rude here. I can't even ask what time they close without a eyeroll. Only for them to go back to scrolling their phone? Jeez...
