If you want a nice quiet place to study or do some work, this is definitely NOT the place to go!! Was there today and it is louder than a coffee shop! People talking loudly to each other and on the phone while on speaker! I had no clue who the librarian was and whoever it was didn’t bother to intervene and tell people to not be on the phone or talk loudly! It was ridiculous!! I left after just half an hour with a headache and went to a coffee shop!! Waste of my time!!

Homeless, sleeping people, pets, and fleas! This place needs a security guard and to be cleaned frequently. Computers were extremely sticky and filthy. while working for 20 minutes I kept getting bothered by fleas and got bit. Carpet smells and too many kids on the gaming computers with their bikes, scooters, and pets taking over. There should be a different cool down center provided for all because the library shouldn’t be a spot for naps. All the seats are taken and there is a lack of tables. Moreno Valley needs to do better for the people.

Too many homeless people.. the carpet in the toddler area can use a good vacuuming.. The elevator in the mall is broken near the library (last time I went) so be prepared & know where the closest parking is so you don’t have to hike the whole mall with a toddler.

My partner and I recently moved to Moreno Valley, and we were looking for the closest library. We found this location in the mall which I think is very cool and a great use of space. The employee sitting at the front desk greeted us warmly, she was so kind and helpful! It was a positive experience and we felt welcomed.

Amazing personal! The location and amenities are great! The only downside is getting full of homeless who eat and sleep in there. Lots of Crack head's use it has a recharge station. So if you take your kids or teens never lost eye's on them

Love this place. Haven't been to the library after covid hit but before that I used to take my kids every week. They had once a week a science/ceaft day for kids. They help your kid make some thing and they also provide the stuff. Everything is free. My daughter loved it. She would wait the whole week for the day to come. I m glad morenovalley opened a library branch close to where I live( near day street).

Every time I go here. I always see homeless people sleeping all day long. I can't read anything, so I just hurry up, get what I want, and leave. Other libraries aren't like this cause they have security and the library mall doesn't.
Just becareful.
