This place is incredible! The food was the best we've had in Europe yet, after 5 countries. The staff is so friendly and professional we were blown away. I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at this exquisite establishment. President Regan stayed here years ago, so you can imagine the level of service. One of the most fabulous places I've ever stayed. It's not in the heart of the town but it is the heart of the town. You won't be disappointed.

We recently had our wedding at Villa Condulmer (with the actual service <1 mile away at the local church). Overall it was a phenomenal experience. The staff was lovely and provided great service, the food at the apertivo and dinner exceeded expectations (so delicious), and everyone was very accommodating. I understand others reviews about the hotels 5 star rating and need for refurbishment in some areas, but for a wedding they truly shined. They really stepped it up from their usual staffing and service. The beauty of the villa and grounds really came through at night with great lighting (provided by an outside vendor). Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend for a wedding (not many places can hold 110 of your closest friends and family onsite in one place!). I would have given this hotel a higher rating if it had been honest about what it is. It advertises itself as a 5-star property, but in reality, it’s no more than a 3-star at best. The entire place feels run-down and neglected. The gardens, which could have been beautiful, are poorly maintained and overgrown. There is essentially no service — staff are either unavailable or uninterested in assisting guests, which makes the experience feel far from luxury.

The furniture throughout the property is extremely old and in desperate need of replacement. Even the basics aren’t up to standard: the mattresses are uncomfortable with springs bulging out, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the rooms have a musty odor, almost like a barn, which makes the stay even less pleasant.

Overall, this is not a 5-star experience by any means. If you’re expecting true luxury, you’ll be disappointed. At best, this hotel delivers the level of comfort and service of a budget 3-star property.

A large and beautiful historic villa with a large park.
The Classic room was OK in size, but the bathroom was extremely small and the toilet bowl is positioned in such a way that a taller than average person has difficulty fitting in.
The room was a bit worn, but still OK.
I have also stayed there in the Junior Suite and it is a significantly larger room, but I liked the terrace in the Classic room.
A good-sized pool that was also suitable for swimming and the pool also has a very deep part.
It seems that customers who are not staying at the hotel can also come to the pool and that is why it is quite crowded.
Breakfast with a good selection, but a few years ago the selection was richer. It must be said that in every hotel where we had a repeat visit, the breakfast selection has become a little smaller compared to previous years.

There is enough parking.

The pool was closed in the morning due to the felling of a tree in the garden, but this was not announced in advance and it ruined our plans, as we had the choice of either going on an early morning excursion or staying at the hotel and being in the hotel pool and we chose the pool. So we missed out on both the excursion and the pool.

Same with other guests comments here that this place is extremely old and not well maintained. While the garden is beautiful, but as a five star hotel the comfort of the guest room and the customer service is the foundation of a hotel, which is terrible! The people here have no interest in helping you whatsoever. On top of that, the most unacceptable thing is they have a full menu of Italian food on their website, in their regular menu and English menu. As soon as they know we are Chinese travelers they provided us a Chinese menu with 5 items on it, THAT IS IT. I couldn’t believe it in 2025 Italians discriminate people like that, like we are all idiots. If you support this kind of behavior feel free to stay here and spend all your money.

We picked this hotel as a springboard to Venice, but it was glorious in its own right. Our family loved the pool, but it would have been nice to have a drying rack on our portico for wet cozzies - draping them over the patio furniture looks bad. Rooms very dark, but we understand now that it was to keep the brutal heat at bay. Breakfast was fantastic, but we couldn't dine in the restaurant - far too fancy for us, so we took our evening trade to Mogliano and Treviso. Watch out for midges!

We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Maura and her incredible team for our wedding at the stunning Villa Condulmer in Italy—and we cannot thank them enough. From the very beginning, Maura was warm, professional, and incredibly dedicated to making our day perfect.

Despite some unexpected weather challenges, Maura and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They cared for us, our family, and our friends with such genuine kindness and attention that we felt completely at ease. No detail was too small, and no request was too much—they handled everything with grace and calm, keeping the day stress-free and joyful.We’d also like to give a special thank you to Enrico, the owner of the property, whose hospitality and passion for the villa added such a personal touch to the experience. The grounds were breathtaking, and it’s clear how much care and love go into maintaining this magical place.

The place is old and you can see this at about almost turn, old that comes both with good (really amazing atmosphere, mood) and bads (little bit rusty here and there).

The food at the restaurant was delicious and the the service great.
