An excellent library overall. Today I went there seeking a quiet space to concentrate on something I am studying and was dismayed that staff and patrons were talking loudly so much so that I had to leave. Very unfortunate.

Nice facility. But very loud. Someone literally on speaker phone for 15 minutes. Staff refused to do anything. Not sure what the purpose of a library vs coffee shop is anymore.

So the library policy doesn’t allow ESA dogs but it allows mini horses as Service animals. After the pandemic the way to do business or share with family or use the libraries has changed. This policy should be updated, a person from their staff at this library was rude to me regarding to this topic

The library is very nice and the staff is very friendly. the bad thing is that they should not allow children to use computers to play online games. they just make noise and talk loud to each other. the library should be a quiet place and the use of computers to learn

I’m a regular patron here and the computer stations are usually nasty. There was snot on the computer mouse I used today (I cleaned it before use). I talked to the facility manager about it and claims that kids “just used the computer” then laughs it off. He needs to realize that there’s more to his job than walking around and pushing in chairs to appear busy.
